Topic: “Crisis Communication Management”
Our speaker for this meeting is Dominique Crikemans from Air NZ. Dominique will present a case study around the tragedy recently faced by Air NZ. Dominique, as Acting Group Internal Communications Manager was part of the communications team that handled the internal and external communications around the accident. Dominique will talk about how the Internal Communications team dealt with this crisis internally and the role they played.

This month’s meeting topic is “Change Management” and our speaker Christine Sewell - Change Manager at The Warehouse (to be confirmed) will discuss the Kotter Model of Change:

Place: Committee Room 2 at the ARC (Auckland Regional Council) Office, Crn Pitt St and Hopetoun St.
As usual, there will be a small charge of $5 to cover expenses.
